Olive & Sun-dried Tomato Frittata

Ingredients...



6 Organic Hens Eggs

 

6 Organic Duck Eggs

 

100g Olives

 

150g Sun Dried Tomato

 

3 Peppers

What to do with them...



Chop the peppers, olives and tomatoes.

 

Whisk all 12 eggs.

 

Mix it all together.

 

Preheat oven to 150 celcius.

 

Grease a frittata/cake tin with olive oil or coconut oil.

 

Pour mix into tin and stick it in the oven for 30 minutes.
