Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Pancakes

*Gluten & Dairy Free with No Added Sugar*

This one is a serious treat. It is dairy and gluten free, with no added sugar  so great for your digestion and as clean as it gets. It is high carb so save it for a cheat meal, after an intense workout or when carbing up before an endurance event.
Ingredients... (all organic)

350g Chestnut Flour


1 Large Free Range Egg


350ml Almond Milk


1 tbsp Almond Butter


6 tsps Coconut Oil


Fresh Blueberries


Fresh Raspberries


50g 85% Dark Chocolate

What to do with them...

Mix the flour, egg and almond butter in a large mixing dish with a pinch of salt.


Slowly stir in most of the milk, leaving about 50ml for the sauce.


Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a large frying pan. Add about 1/6th of the mixture. Fry on high heat until golden brown. Flip. Fry on high heat until golden brown. Ready to serve.


Melt dark chocolate with remaining milk in a small pan on low heat.


Add melted chocolate and berries to the pancake.


BOOM. Strong Pancake Game.
